Families in Northtown are hardpressed to find well-built housing they can afford, either as renters or as homeowners. NHDC moved quickly to begin to remedy this crisis, and in its brief history has developed two award-winning affordable residential villages totaling 102 rental units. Las Casitas, Located at 9775 Main Street, was completed in 1997 and offers 14 affordable rental townhomes for low income families and seniors.
