Debi Myers: Housing Project Manager

Debi has over 28 years experience in construction/project management, affordable housing, land acquisition, master community development and entitlements. Her duties include securing financing, community outreach, coordinating with various public agencies, project planning and oversight, coordinating and overseeing design professionals, finance agencies, community partners and the development team. Debi is continuously looking for potential projects, securing project financing and generating new business. Debi manages each project from acquisition, attaining land use entitlements, build out and the move in of our tenants. Debi’s knowledge and experience comes from her direct employment experience at both non-profit community housing development organizations and large land development companies. Debi has built single family housing communities, large master developments, commercial/industrial projects and multi-use projects in both San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. Debi is key in the identification of future projects, funding resources, management of development contracts and the syndication and re-syndication of very low to moderate affordable housing tax-credit projects. She has been responsible for procuring over $39 million in grants, loans and funding.    

Yolitzma Kennedy: Social Service Coordinator (Olen Jones Community)

As a Social Service Coordinator, she is responsible for the development and provision of the services consistent with contemporary social work standards. Her services are vital to delivering the elderly at the Olen Jones Apartment community quality social services.
